Meet John October<\/strong><\/p>

John has a proven track-record of performance delivery in C-suite roles and thrives where strategic big-picture thinking is required and translated into bottom line results.<\/p>

Over the last 25 years, he has gained extensive work experience within diverse economic sectors, including financial services, manufacturing, higher education and business development in various cross- functional business roles. In 2019, John decided to pursue his passion and build a leadership and executive coaching practice.<\/p>

He also embarked on an MPhil degree in management coaching at the University of Stellenbosch Business School, researching the use of coaching in supporting black managers during transitioning into senior managerial roles.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Working with organisations and companies in diverse cultures and contexts, John\u2019s core competencies were developed by his extensive work experience and his research over a period of time.\u00a0<\/p>

He has the ability to grasp the context and resulting challenges his clients are dealing with, whilst transitioning into their executive roles.\u00a0He partners with the leadership of organisations to fulfil their vision; empowering them to lead powerfully, confidently and effectively.<\/p>

Through his coaching techniques, John develops high performing executive leadership, project leadership and management teams. He skilfully creates high levels of trust relationships, and environments with safe spaces for people to communicate and where necessary, resolve differences.<\/p>
